World history, science and art doesn't really care how something is delivered. No, it is rude. I assume people aren't manually typing quotes in their posts, and I really don't expect anyone to bother adding grammar mistakes to the posts they quote. It's obvious that if there is a grammar mistake, it wasn't transcribed incorrectly.

A) Sinewav was referring to the use of '[sic]' as not being rude.
B) Look back at my post and click on the asterisk that follows that line you're complaining about. It was a joke and an illustration, a play on the "string of adjectives" thing—that, again, it's not not some quirk unique to me.
