QFT. Nevertheless, I removed one picture. I didn't find a way to keep it as an attachment without the preview; in that form (and a NSWF and Not Safe While Your Mom Is Watching notice), it would have been OK, it's harmless enough.ItzAcid wrote:If by idiots you mean people seeking a little bit of fun every now and then rather than being pessimistic "fun-suckers" then yes it is

Re: cycle model requests
Well, some people find abusing animals or vandalism fun. I guess that's OK, too—it's fun for those involved, after all. Gotta love postmodernist logic.
Re: cycle model requests
How many animals were hurt here? And how much property destroyed?

Re: cycle model requests
I know analogy and metaphor aren't beyond your understanding. (Or do you take everything literally?)
Just because something is thought fun by some who do it, doesn't mean it's good or acceptable.
And, of course, I'm not saying this is nearly as bad or as serious as animal abuse or vandalism.

Re: cycle model requests
I'm also familiar with the straw man concept and that of hyperbole. Just because "it's all in good fun" can be used as an attempt to justify just about any cruelty does not mean it's invalid in those cases where it is indeed honestly true and where nobody gets hurt.

let's all be hypersensitive!

Re: cycle model requests
I will have some work for you, but I like models skinned, why dont you texture them?
Re: cycle model requests
I tried to export the textures as lightmaps but somehow Arma's texture system and C4D's way to export lightmaps aren't compatible.
Re: cycle model requests
By lightmap, do you mean baking a texture, ie, baking the light of the scene into the diffuse texture, or the textures illumination map, (ie what is lit up, and what is in darkness)
Re: cycle model requests
I meant baking the texture, ie saving all used colors/shaders/materials and their position in one png (i don't export shadows), i cannot influence the rest in AA without additional code.
for example, i tried to bake a texture when i made this cycle:

The texture doesn't work in arma, but it works in any 3d app.
I'm probably doing something wrong because people who use blender don't encounter these problems.
