Right, because the usual nature of INW's posts clearly indicate a deeply sensitive soul.

Wait, I thought you were like in high school and never had a girl, much less kids. Since when did you make yourself a parent? .

Ok, but why did I add this signature? I was like 15 and thought I was smart? What a brat.

Hmm, INW seems to have a penchant for malapropism

(Everyone knows ammonia is a repository illness. I treat it by consummating large mounts of pasketti.)

EDIT: Dang, page break.

Erm, you still don't get it. No one "aimed" an illness at you.

Split from here.
Small complaint: Phytotron needlessly brings up something about INW's personality that has little to do with the original topic nor can it have influenced the original poster's reaction much, since he's a new guy.
All light hearted and in good fun, of course, which is OK, but then: LucK brings up this silly GPA stuff again. Remember what happened last time? Don't do that again. I'm giving you a formal warning for that for fairness sake, because last time, INW got one for his reaction. Don't yank people's chains just for the sake of it.

a) I don't buy that one bit. Last time, not too many days ago, you said basically the same thing, I had to clean up a thread and remove bits from public view, and INW didn't try to pull that excuse when he was warned.
b) See future guideline 7.

Small nitpick of my own. :) First, I wouldn't count malapropism as an aspect of personality. But beyond that, for me it's more amusement at malapropism itself—that is to say, irrespective of who uttered it. (Plus, I had come up with that little joke about ammonia for the original thread, but then forgot to post it, then too much time passed for me to revive it. So, it was burning a hole in my back pocket, to mix metaphors.)

Of course, that said, if I were to learn that INW is actually, for example, dyslexic (a sign of which can be malapropism, or acyrologia), then I'd regret that. But, I don't think he is.

How the **** do you decide if we are joking or not if you looked at our posts you would know that jeeze. Did you not see in our last little "fight" that he said wow this is fun. We were telling each other to look at the topic when we updated it. I knew one of you were going to think I was serious god thought it was ******* obvious we were joking around with each other.

Luck, I don't doubt that you two had a blast with that. Perhaps this is a cultural thing.... I think the real hope is to restore a certain decorum to stuff around here. Quite frankly, these posts are going to be around, forever. You have seen many old topics revisited in the last few months. I think that what would be just fine in many other forums that you use is just not going to be really acceptable here. This is really meant as a reference and a resource. As has been stated, some fun is not only fine, but needed! However, think of it as a fine line to cross.....or in this case not to cross.

Compguy that is fine and everything but for someone to decide when I am joking and when I am not is not their place.
