Tank, just list your turns glances and brakes.
I thought my config was complicated too when I first used it but after some practice I am one of the top round winners in the game. I can come into most any server and start erasing players one by one. I owe it all to double binding and my good friend, Mr. Lag. 8)
BTW-IMO AFAIK, Zapple is an idiot.

Q - Glance Left
E - Glance Right

And it goes from there.

My config for double binding:

** Right hand
Left Arrow: Glance Left
Right Arrow: Glance Right
Down Arrow: Glance Back

** Left hand
Z & A: Turn Left
X & S: Turn Right
Q: Chat

But I'm thinking changing my config to do "easier" triple binding (right now my fingers get lost when trying to do it lol, I need more pratice):
A & S & D: Turn Left
Z & X & C: Turn Right

lol, triple binding is tough.. I tried it as part of my setup but then thought that two was enough. It is good to see that you guys have come up with different ways to bind your keys.. They seem weird to me though. And people are worried about double binding lol, what is going to happen when they realize you can bind more?! 8)

I only found out double-binding was such a huge issue as of a couple days ago, but even after reading post after post after post of arguments both for and against, I still have yet to understand why anybody might care how my keys are bound.

The argument that it is a bug, and using it is an exploit seems weak to me. I suspect that if something that (apparently) has that much impact on the game were indeed a bug, it would have been dealt with by now. You can say that programs are being revised all the time, and that bugs are still found in new revisions, etc. etc. etc., but this is one aspect of the game that has been there since the start. I think if it were thought of as a bug (by the developers), it would have been dealt with by now. And as the developer of a program can be the only one to determine if some aspect is as they intended, I argue that it can be resonably concluded that this is not a bug.

Now, the impression that I've been getting through my own experience is that there seems to be a fairly even spread of DB'ers over both very good, and no-so-good players. Many of the good players that I would have thought to fight long and hard for the non-DB side of the argument have turned out to double-bind. What's more is there seems to be absolutely no dicernable difference in the skill-level of a DB'er to a non-DB'er (assuming you choose two evenly-matched players to begin with). I would wager that it would be impossible to determine which was which without some prior knowledge. What all this tells me is that DB'ing really makes no difference to how well one can play the game, and contrary to some of the arguments presented, provides absolutely no advantage, unfair or otherwise.

All I'm trying to say is that I don't fully understand the anti-DB side of the argument. I'm not choosing sides one way or the other, but I understand the pro-DB side. If I could have someone explain to me why I should care how someone else controls their bike, I think I could understand this argument a little better.

right hand
down arrow: left
right arrow: right

thats it for right hand :)

left hand
a: glance left
f: glance right
space: glance back

w, e: left
r, t: right

I like the natural feel of driving mainly with my right. if I need a quick combo, left comes in with wert.

why dont you double binders go one evil step futher and write a dedicated 180 routine and compile it in ?

the game is so screwed and exploited now anyway so why not wreck it some more

Thank you, Tank, I thought so. :)

Funny that. I don't double-bind. I purposefully neglected to include that just to see if someone would, in fact, assume I did.
