ok here is an update

when the players could not see what i said they were there before i came in. If i am the first to joint anyone can read what i write.

My server still only shows up on my LAN list instead of the Internet Game list for me. I do not think thats a problem, But I'm still unsure because it used to be on the Internet Game list for me.

Another thing weird about it that i just found is If a player leaves My server them my server will stop(this may be a Vista problem I'll look a bit deeper into this, quite possibly folder rights).

if anyone else has seen this tell me i don't want to think I'm dreaming up problems here.
remember i'm using 0.3.0 for both my client and my server and it and it is on Vista. also the trouble only comes on the same machine(well i think anyway i may try my other comp for playing in it).

Here, don't take this the wrong way, but you're giving us little bits of important information at a time, and we're unable to help until we get the complete picture.. Unfortunately, the dialog that gets us the complete picture is taking a long time and frustrating all of us, you included. I'd like you to read through this essay that talks about making bug reports and then try again from the beginning. We really want to help you, but we need to clear up this little information problem before we can really help you.

Err, in all normal cases, you can leave server_ip alone. Only if you have multiple IPs and you need the server to listen to only one of them, you need it.
