camera settings

Post by nicolas.b »

like locu i was wondering what kind of camera-viewing people like to use. personally i just use the default smartcam and glance/pan around me to see what's going on. but it seems like both the smartcam and custom cam can be configured quite precisely in the user.cfg file.

i've never quite gotten comfortable with the in-cycle cam but it seems potentially useful if only it could be used smoothly. turning it to 'default on close quarters' surprises me more than it does me good. :(

is this like telling secrets now? LOL

Yes.

Code: Select all

Palyer Setup -> Player 1 Settings -> Camera Setup -> Initial Camer: Smart
You can change the starting camera type there.

I'd think that your computer starts to hum very loudly, then flames start coming out of the cdrom drive, like a flame thrower. After, your cpu core cracks and its speed doubles, while your psu sends up smoke signals saying SOS. After a while, your monitor starts to get fried by the high refresh rate your gfx card is pulsing out, and you lose conciousness from the fumes and your eyes being fried. When you wake up, your 100 feet away, and there's a 50 foot crater in the floor of your house, surrounded by mice. Or, it might not let you select a disabled camer.
