if you change settings anywhere other than everytime.cfg the server will need a restart before they take effect.

put new settings in everytime.cfg, the changes occur for the next round onwards

change settings via a console, or type them into the running server, they change immediately, but are lost when you restart tron.

It's included every round, as if you were typing these commands at the end of every round.
settings*.cfg are only included when the server starts, in some specific order I don't know by heart
There's no place like ::1

so i could use it to write up the current score
for example
big message at the start of the round...
useful when playing back recordings perhaps...
