hmm, maybe lamborghini sponsors their local police stations in italia. it's probably good for business...

The Lamborghini Gallarado ... pictured above was donated to the police by the House of Sant'Agata Bolognese as part of its 152nd anniversary celebrations. It will be used as a highway patrol car.
