Wall delay, how to turn it on

Hey all, just got this game, becoming quite addicted. Playing the online via internet servers have a "wall delay" that allows you to hit the wall for a bit as you decide which way to turn

i hosted a lan game with my buds, but cant for the life figure out how to turn that part on.

Console Input: Cycle_Rubber 50 gives you a nice delay.
