Z-Man - I was told you could issue a ban

Hi! I've been playing in Fortress CVS server for a while and never had any trouble. Then yesterday a guy came in by the name of ineedajob. He was doing ok but sometimes didn't grind, tk'ed and didn't fix what was pointed out to him. So I issued a poll for him after a nasty teamkill and he got kicked. Then he rejoined by the name of FSUCK and started harassing me. I didn't try to resolve the situation and told him to **** off an polled him again. Boy, I wish i hadn't done that. He came in again and again and again, talking trash about me until I was fed up with him and quit. Today he entered again under the name FSUCK and continues to harass me, which has also developed into a, it seems, conspiracy plot between me, madmax, speedserver and mhoebe. He polls us all and tricks new players to vote for us. Anyway this is going out of hands and i was wondering if you could look into this matter and possibly ban him.

I'll see what IP(s) he comes in under; if, however, the automatic banning system does not ban him, he may be on a dynamic IP and can't be reliably banned.

And part of the "Test" in "Test Server" means that is a test on how well player self governance works, I'm reluctant to add bans.

Looks that he was banned for 60 minutes automatically, tried to connect again, and gave up for a while. And all the polls he submitted as revenge (earler as iNeedajob) failed.

The IPs of iNeedajob and fSuck were different in the last two segments, so if it was really the same player and not some random two guys, he's on dynamic IP.

Seeing that we're talking about a single incident, I suggest you try to handle things yourself.
