Master 4 works when Lucifer has it operating correctly.

Got it restarted. When it goes down again, you can hit me in the irc channel or PM me here. I check both daily for exactly that sort of thing.

I had an IRC bot setup that could poll a master server to see if it was running... but evidently I've disappeared from both IRC and supporting and running my bot.
