Really, really intersted in trying this, but only just returned to arma after a long hiatus so I'm scared of messing it up for my team. CTWF was always my "home" server and all those weird maps are like imprinted into my brain.
Even though I've played on and off for something like 8 years, I never played a competetive tourney, or even tried pickup (though I will probably come on there sometime soon, I've been lurking in the IRC a couple of times). And so I am extremely unconfident and uncertain on what it would be like to play this. Especially when sweeping and supporting the defender beyond just the basic initial sweep I tend to feel like a useless buffoon, I think 808STATES constant yammering of "pussy double def" actually got to me.
Anyways, I should be signed up for this soon after I've played a bit more and got my confidence in my abilities up a bit.

Well you have 2 weeks to figure out if you want to play or not.
You can offer your services to an open team or just come unannounced and ask if anyone needs a sub.
