team play settings

In a team play server I'm configuring all settings are working good, but i can't make something to work:

How to make AI don't play when more than 1 player is in server ?

The actual settings for teams are:

TEAMS_MAX 5
SP_TEAMS_MAX 5
SP_TEAMS_MIN 2
TEAMS_MIN 3
TEAM_MAX_PLAYERS 5
TEAM_MIN_PLAYERS 1
SP_TEAM_MAX_PLAYERS 5
SP_TEAM_MIN_PLAYERS 1
SP_TEAM_BALANCE_ON_QUIT 0
SP_TEAM_BALANCE_WITH_AIS 0
SP_TEAM_MAX_IMBALANCE_PERM 1
SP_TEAM_MAX_IMBALANCE 2
TEAM_BALANCE_ON_QUIT 0
TEAM_BALANCE_WITH_AIS 0
TEAM_MAX_IMBALANCE_PERM 1
TEAM_MAX_IMBALANCE 2
NEW_TEAM_ALLOWED 1

And i don't know what modify now to make it work with no ai .

Any suggestion? I forget something i can't find.

You also have to set AUTO_AIS and NUM_AIS to zero, but that's their default. I tested your config (copied it into an otherwise empty autoexec.cfg, settings.cfg and settings_dedicated.cfg were at default content) and there were no AIs. What's the rest of your configuration? Is there perhaps a renegade user.cfg around?

Edit: MIN_PLAYERS should also be at zero.

Well AUTO_AIS and NUM_AIS were set to 0 but MIN_PLAYERS was set to 4.
I'll modify that to have MIN_PLAYERS 0

The disadvantage of having so many settings is that sometimes, you lose overview.

Great, thanks again for help, now is posible to play for normal with no bots.

By the way, if anyone wanna try the server is called The tube server.

Is hosted in Germany, i'm not from there and i'm not the owner, i'm only trying to admin, heh

Really thanks to IF for help, patience, suggestions and hosting server, i think is working great now.
