Fitness Thread
Hey, since every other thread is created here I wanted to ask / know who goes to the gym from the tronners?
post your stats maybe even progress pics
Squat - 130 Kilograms
Bench - 90 Kilograms
Deadlift - 130 Kilograms (these are my 8x3 reps not my maximum weight)

I run from 3 to 5 miles and or play DDR daily.
On DDR Extreme, I am working on being able to pass The legend of MAX (expert), and then will try to tackle PARANOiA Survivor MAX (challenge).

I really need to start working out again, I havn't truly worked out since High School 3 years ago and I am likely quite a bit weaker now. But I can give my maxes from back then in the workouts that we did, or around their I can't remember exact on everything, for my size during high school I wasn't very strong.
Squat: 300 lbs, 136 kg
Power Cleans: 225 lbs, 102 kg
Bench: 215 lbs, 97 kg
Dead lift: 350-400 lbs, 158-181 kg (Maybe more, we didn't dead lift much)
Since I havn't worked out very often in the last 3 years, I likely can't do anywhere near those now. I really need to work out, I'm too fat.

I go to the gym almost every morning before work. My lift schedule is upper body group 1, lower body, upper body group 2, then core on the 4th day. After lifting I run a mile or two. Oh, and the gym I go to is in my building, I live two floors above it. Very convenient!

Never been a fan of max's only ever go for reps.
Deadlift 100kg
Squat 110kg
Bench Dumbells 40kg / press 95kg
182 cm and 92 kgs.
