Kyle I assume you mean that this poll is not an official way enact a change? I just mean for these polls to gauge how many people won't show up on either day, as a means of evidence for which day would be better (disregarding the opinion that changing the date in general is bad). I intend to take another (team leader) vote with reference to these polls so that captains and their teammates can make informed decisions. Example: If more people are likely to make the July 1st date, I'll vote for that one; if a substantially larger number of people (~10 I guess) would make the July 8th date, I'd vote for that. Still dunno what you exactly meant by the link though.

I think sine meant that this means of polling players won't give accurate results about which date will yield more participants, so I'd still like to hear a reason for that.
