Serious question... any English player is better than any German, on paper. Name a single better German and they are either Polish, Turkish, or rubbish. Why are England so bad in practice???

Do you really want me to begin naming german(100% german) football players who are better than english ones?

I only point to some: goalkeepers from our 4th league could easily be national keeper for England
