how do you make it more than 15 characters? i saw someone name wolf with like 8 different colors in his name. I wanna do this. i can get into the var folder and add all the neccessary colors just cant get the name to show up like this. help!

i think you can rename someone on a server with more than 15 chars if you have the powers ;)

They have control over the server. The server controls what your client shows. It's that simple. To get more than one color code into your name or get an annoyingly long name, you need to control the server; it usually prevents all your attempts at setting such names.

I can't seem to rename myself with a super long name in my server

I just looked at it and the RENAME command of course renames the player but it doesn't allow over 16 characters like it used to do...maybe this is a change implemented in .3?

Yeah I witnessed a long name in only Ww servers.
