Roller coasters: Arms up, or arms down?

Post by Lord Pein »

Simple: do you put your arms up on roller coasters, or do you hold onto the bar?

Personally I find it more fun with my arms in the air, floating above my seat over the hills.

It depends. on a roller coaster like tatsu its not possible. on and outside roller coaster sure. on one that goes inside of something where there is often bars inside holding the structure up no. im afraid my arms will hit the bars and break or something.

I find myself lowering my arms a little when the coaster has close (vertical) calls with the supports, even though I think on most coasters you won't hit them; some, it's still a possibility.

BTW: I made a typo in the title of this topic. I fail.

Yes, anyway, you can edit the title by editing ur first post. I haven't gone on too many roller coasters and the few I have been on i had my hands down and my head up!

Used to put my hands in the air when I was littler.

Lately I just keep them in my knee or wherever most comfortable.

Strongly dislike the girls - and boys - that scream during a ride (I could write a long post about that). Grow up and let me enjoy the ride?

You have no idea what that means. And I have no idea what's wrong with me...

I guess A itself also has some decent influence.

1 arm up, 1 arm in pocket to make sure Epipen/Keys/Cell Phone don't fall out.

Ok, but why did I add this signature? I was like 15 and thought I was smart? What a brat.

For 6'6'', lol. Speaking of which, I've probably grown more than a foot since the last time I rode a rollercoaster, maybe I should keep my arms down, lol.
