Is it possible to run multiple servers on mac dedicated?

Yes. Just open up different terminal windows/screen sessions, and use the --userdatadir command line parameter to let them read their configuration from different places.

Great! But can I have a step by step on how this is done? I don't quite understand the "userdatadir" thing.

I think I understand, download multiple dedicated servers and just run them seperatley.
