Ladle 18 master-server subculture

I've setup a master-server subculture for ladle servers. You need a recent client to do this.

Go to Network Game→Subcultures→Edit Subcultures and edit a new entry. The settings are:

• Name: Ladle Servers
• Address: generalconsumption.org
• Server Port: 4533

It is a little hack. I'm not sure if the master program will remove these server entries because they never initiate contact with me. I manually added the server entries to master_list.srv.

For the next ladle we should get the server admins to do this the right way, by adding the subculture to masters.cfg.
