Can't find config files for dedicated servers

I'm trying to set up a dedicated server on a linux machine. The wiki says that the config files should be in ~/.armagetron-dedicated, but all that is in there are some logs. Do I have to run some command to create the files first, or what?

You can create your configuration files there if you want. You can also create them in /etc/armagetronad-dedicated; the included examples are installed there.
