? I looked at the history and failed to find anything that suggested it was a previously existing page, and I checked "What links here" and nothing in the wiki links there....

The first revision shows Example.jpg, the default when you insert an image using the GUI. About a minute after that the same IP address added some "hackish" text, after which they hacked the thing down badly with l337 sk1llz.
Actually back in March something similar happened, but that revision is invisible to the general public because Wrtlprnft deleted it.
