tron donations.

would any of you mind if we added a link to the donations button on the Immortal Dynasty forum?
this might drive up donations a bit.

I don't personally care, but I don't know what these other guys think. It also needs to be clear whether or not such a use violates sourceforge's terms of service for the donation service.

We can't stop you from putting the button there, but to be on the safe side, say to visit the site and click the donate button at the bottom.

Yeah, what Tank suggests sounds safest. I can't see what SF could have against a direct donation button on a third party site, but I'm too lazy to check the terms and conditions :)

will do. i just figured it might stir up some renewed intrerest in tron. and stimulate some support of the generous work you are all doing.
so does these donatons go to you guys or to SF? or is it the same thing?
also is there a way we can maybe boost the visibility of armagetron on the web. such as get everyone to download it a bunch of times from apple.com. this would maybe bring it back to the most downloaded section. thats how i found tron.

Part of the donation goes to SourceForge, and the rest comes to me. I then doll out funds to other developers as requested and use it to pay hosting fees.
