How can i find out what port my router is set to?

How can i find out what port my router is set to?

I share a router with somebody else they set the router to a port for some game. They forget what port the router is set to. Can somebody please tell me how to check.

Most routers, particularly wireless routers, support forwarding many ports. I suggest you check out the wiki for more information and links to even more sources of information.

Usually, the router has a configuration webpage where all the port forwards that have been set up are listed. If you know the router model, there are all sorts of instructions on www.portforward.com ; they tell you how to install a new port forward setting, but on the way to each, you're bound to come across that page.

But why do you think you need to know that? As Lucifer says, usually there is no limit on the number of ports a router can forward. It just can't forward the same port to two machines.
