The players can just record it while they're playing...
the only thing which can possibly take too much effort is the editing in audacity. you could also just let a normal interviewer ask the questions, the quality of the interview doesn't get necessarily better.

Perhaps this way is more useful for interviews with players whose first language isn't English, and it gives you time to answer without making mistakes you can't correct anymore (although said imperfection is one of the things which makes interviews really interesting, imo.)

i think the text interview is the best way, so everyone can understand. and..
Word: i think have some question every interview is good. BUT, repeat all questios every interview will be bored with the time.. i think we have to change some questios each interview, it depends of the interviewer

Yeah, if you would like to interview me after each ladle, I recommend that you vary your questions, as hearing the same questions may get tiresome after the first 2 or 3 ladles. But I am up for the interviews, and will gladly dedicate 2-3 minutes of my time to answer your questions for me.
