Let's not go back to the middle ages :D and do it civilised way - random placing with seeding (can stay as it is - 4 teams, can't meet until semis). Fast and fair.

So I guess since all but one agree, we'll make top 4 seeding teams official?

4 seeds for the 100th time!

@Pike: If 4 seeds have the strongest odds to win the tourny then they should meet in the semis other-wise it is not fair on the seeded teams.

Look I don't even see how it would be fair for a team that has a good chance of winning to not even make it past the first round just because of a crappy random system. As far as i'm concerned random doesn't accomplish anything but defeat the purpose of the finals when you know whos going to win because of the way the bracket was set up.

Ok we all agree. When seeds are chosen tomorrow, don't take into account the top 4 teams, and also give tr a bye to the quarterfinals.

Should CT get a bye too?

...is the "last minute pixels" an actual team that will be playing for sure?

And can -»| please provide a list of players?

Also, who's going to be there later today for the server/team selection? I know I'm not...

I don't understand your logic... explain. How is random slotting not fair? Its the only fair way imo.
If a team that has a good chance of winning does not get past the first round it wasn't a good team....

To be fair being the runner up in a random single elimination tournament doesn't really say anything more than "you're better than those teams in your bracket". For instance: is there any reason to believe CT is better than the other teams that were beaten by TR? It seems to me you could say CT was lucky for not having to face TR early in the brackets last ladle, so why should they be lucky again?
