usage of glancing

For some reason it does snap back fast when you use a custom camera.

AFAIK for custom cam it snaps back at CAMERA_CUSTOM_TURN_SPEED, ie the at same speed it would turn after a turn.
For smartcam if you glance right and then release the key it returns at the same speed as it would if you turned right, then waited for the camera to be behind the cycle, then turned left.
