We really need some more moderators. I wish somebody would step forward and volunteer.

thank god, frizza... another close encounter with responsibility marrowly avoided!

believe it or not i recently roped myself into moderating for a VP site, and it's kind of interesting yet makes me uneasy at the same time:

i'm in charge of the arcade section, designing the smilies suite, and (self-nominated) designing a new style set when all i really wanted to do was to be a consultant, learn how to use the software (vBulletin3), and basically give people pep talks and solve disputes...

yes, but the problem is they wanted more than just cheap advice and to be told how to do things...

(i.e. you make them a moderator and then they completely forget)
