If I'm not mistaken (probably am) there are three regions. The left 1/4 has green going down and red going up, the middle 1/2 has green going up and red going down, and the right 1/4 has green going down and red going up.

althoug it looks like there is more than one section and it looks liek some are going up and others going down, i think the red are going down and the green up
