favorite lines, scenes?

i enjoyed when andy was walking into the prison for the first time and the cons were betting who would be the first to buckle, and red looks at andy and says "i'll take that tall drink of water over there".

or maybe the scene where the prison rapist gets his payback for torturing andy over the years...

Those are all great scenes.

I found the script of the movie online, if you're interested in reading it:

http://www.angelfire.com/movies/moviefr ... shank.html

Here are some of my favorite scenes:

I love it when Andy tells Red that he had to come to prison to become a criminal. Before, he was as straight as an arrow.

Also, the part when Andy and Red are sitting out in the prison courtyard and Andy tells Red that he "killed" his wife by not paying attention to her.

"I'm a hard man to know"

I can feel for Andy in this scene because I'm a loner myself and I'm a hard man to know in real life. That's probably why I'm so friendly online. Gives me an outlet.

When Brooks killed himself, I cried. I swear, it was one of the saddest scenes in film history.

That's all I can think of right now, but I loved the entire movie. :)

oh btw I still exist in the game grid dimension every now and then...

it's sad though... people make me blow my cover by asking if I like rice, and I really can't lie about that...

*poof*
I like rice. And all other kinds of Chinese food.

i saw a player1 tonite by themselves practicing with the bots in goshdarn. i complained that the rubber seemed less than it used to and they said "what's rubber?" and i answered briefly and left to play in 2.6

then my memory played back some of the patterns that the player1 had been drawing, and they seemed suspiciously complex. i should have complained that the rice was running out, but i wasn't quick-witted enough. :(

EDIT: btw, thanks marrow for the shawshank stuff :D
