On your own computer, on the computer of a friend or relative, on a computer located at a (paying) hosted location.

Yes
I've heard of 5Euros/months for paid server, though this has a lot of chance of also just being pulled out of my .... behind.
For what it cost you of electricity and internet cost otherwise.

Passing that question along, as it resolves to 404. Where did you get that link?

It sometimes puts in literal characters that aren't supposed to be there, that breaks parsing the file with an XML parser. Those should be characters 0x7F-0x9F and 0x00-0x1F, just replace them by _ or nothing.

A lot of girls, ladies, and women don't like the arguably demeaning sound of the term "chicks," either. (Unless they expressly state that they equate it as a feminine counterpart to the masculine "dude," but you generally shouldn't presume that.)

Dude, calm down, chill!

Your analysis is right in every part but the most important one.... the smiley... which a carefull observer would have noticed should she/he have read past my signature, where I insist on the presence of the smiley.... twice!

So dude, chill out! ;)
