Stats page?
Is there a stats page for the Bug Farm servers? I'd like to see how many points I actually have.

You do? You know who plays the most at the times you're usually there, but that doesn't have to represent other times.PsYkO wrote:WE already know who plays the most
Actually, from your point of view, you play 100% of the time you can control, so automatically you could think you are the one who plays most, and so could anyone else
If we could get stats on how many rounds/matches everyone played in total you might get some info on who won the biggest part of his played rounds, which over a longer period of time might actually give a trend on how good the player is compared to others (of course, if you constantly switch to the winning team this is invalid, but most people don't).
There's no place like ::1
so THAT's how im #1......Tank Program wrote:Because of certain issues with recordings and having a non-blank stats file loaded, and since the bug farm servers record, the stats files are reset at every server restart to keep the recordings usable. So, no stats.
and besides....we could work with a text stat file, no need to make it all pretty

If you want, we could put the Bugfarm stats up on the CT website in the same format as ours:z-man wrote:Yes, it's fixed. But I'm not in the mood to make nice stat pages, all I could do is publish them raw. But then again, all the Bugfarm stats are utterly meaningless, unless you want to know who plays most often.

You could have your fortress and Sumo on seperate pages.
just put players.txt, won_matches.txt, won_rounds.txt and ladder.txt accessable on the web, let me know where they are and I'll do the rest.
Like you say, they're meaningless to show who's the best player, but they are interesting.
