Not replying to you but for anyone else who might wonder.
That seems to be a bug on Oscis side or the master list somehow... or even some photoshopping (wouldnt be too hard to fake with that crappy resolution considering the underlying insult in the topic), but there is just one server running.

Why would I Photoshop that? For cryin' out loud. Duh. I genuinely thought you guys may have had eight running—either that or some other weirdness with the master server or who knows what. There was no implied insult in the post. Well, there is in the topic title the jab at the "elite" name, which you have to admit is ridiculous, but that's independent of the substance of the post.
Sure, z-man, here it be (with the usual false gif extension):

It was up to 9 FE servers when I checked today. It seems that 8 of those were the ones I had previously given a negative score (999 ping), and the ninth was the latest addition or whatever. It only happens with this server, though, as I've given a number of servers a negative score (a couple of which you see in the above screenshot).
Heh, I've had my own hacks of the init script result in upwards of 15 servers starting on my machine. Oops!

Thanks. There is a bug in the "poll through master" code: it never gives old servers a chance to get deleted. FE is on a dynamic IP, so it appears every day as a new server for you, you score bias it, turning it into a zombie, next day, new FE server appears, you zombify it....
I'll fix the "never disappear" bug, but whatever the code does, score bias does not work for servers on dynamic IP, unless:
Belenus: you should set SERVER_DNS to a dns name that always resolves to the IP the server runs under. Only this way, the clients will recognize it next day, and only then, bookmarking your server will work.

Bump at Belenus. Has this been done? I only just now trashed my frommaster.srv to start clean, but of course I don't know on what time basis the IP changes.z-man wrote:Belenus: you should set SERVER_DNS to a dns name that always resolves to the IP the server runs under.
