Battlefield is only for multiplayer... Single player is in to test it and to learn how to fly...
I can't read polish
Halo 1 and 2 came out on pc.. So did all the GTA's... No exclusives when they're available on PC. Gamecube is indeed only one with exclusives (Zelda and Mario's)
Anyway... I almost finished the game already
You should go watch the movies first to get the idea though...

No kidding Battlefield 2 is multiplayer only Sab, but when the game crashes because they put something in wrong and the developers admit it, and not fix it till months later, its an unfinished game. It came broken, it's a pretty fun game like i said, but it was not worth 50 dollars.
Not to mention the fact that this is pretty much the only current game that a Geforce 4 and below cannot run. Yet an Radeon 8500 can.
Battlefield 2 will make you feel guilty everytime you play. I sure hope Team Fortress 2 goes back into production. Valve doesn't screw me over nearly as much as EA and DICE do. Oh wait, EA owns all rights to Dice games. So just EA it is.

Hmm I didn't know that, I don't have it... The demo didn't work, i got a gforce ti 4200 128 MB
Though it does run on my friend's gforce 5600 64 mb...
Anyway, yea, then it's an unfinished game.. CSS and HL2 work fine for me, just as the godfather does. The godfather is bugfree as far as i've experienced... And it works with my 3.5 year old videocard...

OK, I wasn't aware about that with Halo, but if a game only runs on xbox or a PC running Windows, then it's still essentially exclusive to Microsoft platforms. Secondly, I mentioned the buyout of Rare as an example. Any Rare title will now be an xbox exclusive—something Microsoft is shamelessly proud of. I'm sure any gamer could name a dozen other games that are exclusive to xbox or PS2. JSRF, Crimson Skies, Ninja Gaiden, Oddworld, Ico, Shadow of the Collossus, Ratchet and Clank, one could go on.Sabarai wrote:Halo 1 and 2 came out on pc.. So did all the GTA's... Oh wait, lookee here: http://www.xboxexclusive.com/games.shtml
No way in hell is Nintendo the only company that has exclusive titles for its console. That's crazy talk.

That's true.. But it's the kind of game... Mario is a name and genre on itself.. So Nintendo has it's own genre and other games which are mario-like won't be accepted anyway... There are thousands of FPS, RPG's etc etc...
Also the bad thing of cube is that your N64 games are useless, and your cude games will be useless too with revolution...
PS and XboX don't have that.. PC doesn''t have that at ALL..
PS: Halo can be played on Linux

Oh crap, my CD player is useless in playing my cassettes, and my cassette player is useless in playing my records. And my DVD player won't play VHS, and my VCR won't play 8mm. And my (imaginary*) digital camera won't take film or slides. Damn! I had better throw out my records, cassettes, VHS tapes, and roll film, and the devices in which they were formally used.
And you're nuts if you think there aren't any platformers like Mario on the Cube.
In the end, I have no idea what your last post was saying, Sab. (Don't bother clarifying—I don't want to fall any further into the kind of lame fanboy argument I alluded to in my first post.)
* I'll never own a digital camera! Never!

Valve also cooperated in making HL1..
My last post was saying that if you want the new Nintendo console you won't be able to play your $50 games on it and your have to buy $60 games for it instead...
You're right with the VCR/DVD/anything thing, but you can copy your VHS tapes on DVD and your 8mm's too etc etc... This isn't possible with games...
I just said that Nintendo has mario-like games...

I hate myself for carrying on....
I read that as saying that Nintendo will not accept any platformers on Game Cube, other than Mario. That's obviously untrue.
If what you meant to say was "there are only Mario-like games (i.e., platformers) on the Game Cube," then that's also obviously untrue. Just look at a games list.
So I still don't know what your point was.
Secondly, why would I care about playing my N64 games on my Game Cube, or my Game Cube games on my (hypothetical) Revolution if I have an N64 and a Game Cube? I don't get it.

Firstly, no way in hell have I or will I ever pay $50 for any video game. Twenty dollars is pushing it, in my book. I only have a Game Cube because a used one was bought cheaply and given to me as a gift, and any games I buy for it are also used.Sab wrote:if you want the new Nintendo console you won't be able to play your $50 games on it and your have to buy $60 games for it instead...

A whole bunch of platformers that have come out for nintendo systems. But it depends on how technical do you want to get. But if you wish to go 3rd parter developers for nintendo, theres a billion. Kirby, Donkey Kong Country, Mega Man 1-7 and Mega Man X1-X3
, Just to name some platformer examples. OH! Don't forget, Sega doesn't have a system anymore, what is Sonic The Hedgehog on now? Oh yeah! Mostly Nintendo Systems now.
