Overview of new default textures / voting

Oups! Sorry! The deadline, she flew by! ;)
Ladies and gentleman! In slightly more than 12 hours I will have to render my verdict. Meaning if you want to be heard, shout it loud or forever hold your peace! I'll give z-man my verdict on Saturday at lunch time GMT +1 (thats 1 hour before Greenwich time, 5 hours before America's East Coast time, and I think 8 hours before Americas west coast time, and coffee, you'll have to figure it out for yourself.)

@ phillip I'ld prefer you use good judgment and take votes into consideration however putting up the favorite(most voted for) textures may not be a good idea. I'ld prefer a non clashing mash up of textures in the least.
Also before the final release and after the decison of textures i'ld like to see a poll as to which direction we should go.

I don't care about the default textures, but I do have a comment.
My example is filtered like GL_NEAREST_MIPMAP_NEAREST, called "Mipmap Nearest" in the game.
Edit: no preview?!?
The dos and don'ts of centered floors are attached. Applies only when mipmaps are used. It won't be as obvious with the dual texture floor. You might also care about how it lines up with the arena edge, but that's probably not important.joda.bot wrote: joda.bot: centered grid without shadow

It looks blurry because it is blurry. Feel free to use an admin's veto
I would have liked ed's other title screen better.
Small problem with the floor: with dual texturing, the gridlines are thicker than with single texturing and appear brighter. Should I adapt floor_a/b or floor.png so they look identical?
