I think I finally got an IRC client worth half a , um, er, well, anywya, Konversation looks nice. We'll see how well it works when I next reboot. I've been wanting an IRC client that sits in the system tray, starts when I login, and automatically logs into the channels I want. SInce I use KDE, that pretty much requires a KDE client, right? The one I had before didn't do all that, it just said it did, but didn't actually do it. We'll see how Konversation works out.

Of course. It is, after all, the Kool Desktop Environment. There's also Kontact, aKregator, and a few others.
With all the K's, I'm surprised KDE isn't more popular in the deep south.
