Yea, I'm not as stupid as I look...
When 1 mb = 10^6 bytes it wouldn't be a real Mb, but a little less...
2^20 bytes would be a real mb...

And there is no 'real' quantity for SI-prefix-B. Actually there is since I mention SI prefixes (10^6), but I hope you know what I mean.

sabarai means that if the limit were 2 * 10^6 B, then 2000KiB wouldn't work. This is the basis for his assumpion that the limit is 2 ^ 21 B (where 1M = 2^20)

M=10^6 sounds more likely to me than 10^3. And the SI doesn't apply to bytes except for hard disk manufracturers.

no there is not. And I would like to see an actual screenshot of your desktop. like, with desktop icons etc. see the other pictures in this thread.
making a screenshot in windows
press you <Print Screen> key on your keyboard
open paint and press Ctrl-V
save the file. best to select JPG as "file type"
