important US health agency mostly dealing with epidemics and pandemics, they're the ppl WHO runs to if they're in really deep poopoo. if i'm not mistaken their hq is in langley close to another US agency...

well i guess marrow doesn't need to be part of the club, but there are many benefits to this club
