Etch-A-Sketch Challenge

Post by Phytotron »

So, what kinds of drawrings can anyone here make with Armagetron? Random designs are cool, but can you make interesting and discernable images?

People make some incredibly good and intricate drawings with the old Etch-A-Sketch. (A Google image search can give you some examples.) I don't expect anyone would be able to accomplish anything like those, but that's what gave me the idear.

I reckon there'd be nothing wrong with altering the settings in your local game to make it easier, though bonus for a screenshot showing you in an actual server with your image. And of course, no Photoshop.

Don't worry, there are other ways. ;) Especially if you can program.

I guess I should have added: no scripting or programs. Just one's own talent and skill. Otherwise, there's no point.

Nah, anything. I was just wondering if anyone could draw anything neat. Or, if they hadn't before, if they might want to try.

Spell out "Breakfast off the Grid"?

No, belay that one. Your_mom gave me some awhile back, but I wasn't able to make the logo out of it, and Swampy and I were recently discussing a name change. We should probably settle that before y'all go crazy and start drawing it.

BB = bulletin' board (read: forum  )

the BB game is a word association game played on these forums
( http://forums.armagetronad.net/viewtopic.php?t=1760 )
It 'fell asleep' a while ago... I livend it up again...

philippeqc probably means that, as so many random phrases are used in
there, you could use it as inspiration.
