Colored player names with chat auto completion

Some players asked me if I could make this available. Patch attached.
It's not a zip file. Just rename it.

Oh and I forgot to mention: with this patch you have the console option AUTO_COMPLETE_WITH_COLOR default set to 0.

Well the similar is implemented in sty+ct+ap but not the colours within the chat message box which you are currently typing in. For instance currently you simply type a short amount of letters and hit TAB it auto fills the rest with that player's name. However, what Jip did was to create a command and when enabled and user hit TAB to auto complete, the auto complete will fill that player's coloured name instead.

I had this in mind to implement some time in the future but I forgot thanks to being a busy university/college life. Well I'm going to implement it right now into sty+ct+ap and maybe we can implement this into the 0.4 as well?
