I blame the computer. I'm getting 1200ms, and I'm on a LAN connection.
Actually, I suspect a process has gotten out of control other than the armagetron servers. I'll look into it, it seems to have affected my alarm clock (which my wife swears went off, but I have no memory of it, and I wasn't *that* sleepy).
