Idea: Ping sound notification

We all minimize our tron when we die to do other things while the round is in progress. But it's hard to know when a new match has started.

Therefore I propose a new feature option:
When armagetron is minimized, make a ping sound whenever you are respawned, a new match starts, or your name is said in chat

This feature is already in place for 0.3 and above. The sound is still broken, but the match start indicator is there. Beta's here: http://beta.armagetronad.net/

Well on my PC the new-round-sound only works when I play fullsize
