Heads up for the 6 people who compile this game on windows

Post by AI-team »

I've updated the boost version of the winlibs to 1.54 and I also compiled the libs with latest version of MinGW/GCC, which is 4.8.

P.S. I'm not making a merge request this time, as Z-Man said he'd prefer to do it manually rather than having the system do it.

Edit: The game sources were missing a definition in order to work with GCC 4.8. I've also changed the boost libs to a newer version

Wait, people actually compile this on windows? Why? I assumed the regular builds are built off all the same dlls, seems kind of redundant.

The only reason I compile it on Windows (besides to increase my insanity) is so that I can play a fairly recent version of 0.4 on Windows. The snapshots on sourceforge are very old at this point and I wanted the bug fixes that have since been released.
