Ha! This is true! It's because I try to be helpful to new people in IRC because that is the place people expect a certain level of kindness. Player come there for help with the game. I naturally thought this was someone new starting a clan or whatever. The French team name threw me off too.

Moral of the story: I'm more than happy to waste my time on your projects, but I expect a little courtesy in return. The only reason I blew up was because I was instructed to deliver a product to a missing customer! Bad!

You miss the point. This is about being recognized in a community. Whether you use your birth name or not is irrelevant. What is relevant is that is stays they same and people recognize you. Imagine how awkward and annoying it would be if you went to school and 25% of your classmates were "new" every day? Or if you only saw your teacher once in a while because there were frequent substitutes? The school experience would be much different and I think much less interesting, pleasant, or beneficial.

Who said I was embarrassed? I've done porn, if you go on ts, you've probably seen better nudes of me that i've posted. Im not ashamed of my body, and i dont hide it either.
