some time i stay almost last i have communicate that some one else win nor i have stay at stage. What happen and what i hawe to do.

Welcome to the forum! Let's see if we can help you (I think your post rather belongs to the strategy forum):
Can you tell us how you get killed? If you get boxed a lot by faster players, you'll need to pick up more speed by driving close to the walls. If you get killed by slower players by surprise when you try to box them, you need to make a bigger box.
Actually, that's all I know, because I suck at the game as well...

Welcome to the forum!

I think the problem is about round winner and match winner.

You can win the round by being the last alive, yes. But at the same time, someone can win the match, by having cumulated enough points. Often, servers are configured so that when you reach 10 points, you win the match.

Observe if everyone start to congratulate the winner at that time, and if all the scores are reseted in the following round (You can see the score by using the TAB key)

Could be he's also not familiar with/doesn't udnerstand the winzone. He's one of the last, then someone hits the zone (of shame).
