I dunno if you're already on this, but the other servers haven't been signed up and assigned yet. Furthermore, is the finals going to be in the US or Euro? Servers for each round should all get sorted out before the tournament starts.

When I get more server donations, they'll be added. If I can't get enough, I'll just fill it in with what I got, which is my hosting and a couple on Rx. So, unless EU servers get donated, they're gonna be stuck on US servers.
