I bought the bread, but you can combinate sour cream , garlic , cheese or with ketchup and cheese, or with ham, lot's of combinations

It's easy to make it at home, i am just too lazy

yesterday: octopus cooked for 14 hours sous vide, deviled eggs with tuna/caper sauce, sweet pea puree and seared scallops, meatballs with tomato sauce, various salads, Neapolitan style pizzas, etc...

the key words there were sous vide. cooked in a vacuum sealed bag at a precisely controlled waterbath. for the octopus the temp was 68.5*C, the point at which the proteins in octopus start cooking but do not toughen. twas very tasty and tender.
