Final breakfast in hell stuff

So I've been asked and asked and asked, and I finally went and looked.

Do y'all really want to see the mess that was breakfast in hell's config?

Anyway, what I found I'm pretty sure is the final 0.2.7.1 config files for Breakfast in Hell. When I went to 0.2.8, I dove right into a map and a bunch of other things, all of which are missing from this file. I also started in with settings_custom.cfg and all that jazz, which is also missing.

So here's a tarball. You guys using Windows will need Winzip or something like that to open it.

I think the final stat files are in here too. I just tarred up the whole directory.

There's a chance these are the first set of settings that became the Crack Pipe's first settings that everybody loved. I didn't see CYCLE_RUBBER_MINDISTANCE, which was set to 40 on Breakfast in Hell.

I'm still digging. I have the last settings from Hell before I changed it to a small grid with higher CYCLE_WALL_NEAR, and the mindistance stuff might be in there.
