I didn't because I expected something else. I should have specified the thread and said you're supposed to post or link an analysis of a text whose style is so bad it's halfway entertaining, instead of just saying "this and that book/author is bad" and just pick rather popular candidates (the bible, Shakespeare, now I did it myself, with Dawkins - just to shoot back). You're right that fundamentalists are dumb and dangerous.

If the bible was truly one of the worst things ever written in that sense, it wouldn't have kept us busy for so many centuries - regardless if you're religious or not. In other words, as long as atheists criticize us for "cherry-picking", it can't be that bad (and again, I also don't think Dawkins is that bad, either).
