And yeah, I was caught by another logistic problem, the OS upgrade left me (temporarily, I hope) without dual screen, so I could not run as many clients and could not reliably catch some of the first match ends. Plus, they overlapped with dinner time. So, two matches in one recording. Format: opening_quarter_<server name>_<opening loser>_<opening winner>_<new quarter partner>.aarec. Expect more of that in the future, it's also much more relaxed for me to do it this way opening_quarter_ctliv_vcl_vs_rz_vs_red.aarec 55620kb 5758s opening_quarter_rz2_help_vs_rogue_vs_spd.aarec 43204kb 5018s
My ping bounced around a bit at the start but even when it settled down the rZ server was much worse than otherUS ones I tried later.
Other than that I had fun, gz Rd, about time
TBH, my connection to servers in the US have been dodgy since hurricane sandy. I guess I should have been expecting some sort of disruption, it may improve.
Big congrats to Redemption. I was surprised to hear that you guys had beaten Revolver 2-zip, but after playing you myself I can easily believe it. You guys just straight outplayed us for the duration of our matches and no doubt you guys really earned this one.
To everybody else, thanks for another great ladle, and thanks to all contributors, Z-Man, and all teams that played!

That's actually pretty normal. People often predict 2-1 matches but they rarely happen, and if they do, usually in semis for some reason. (I didn't check if that's correct btw, but it feels like semis are often 2-1 :P)
